ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by P.Velmurugan J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to secure and produce the body or person of the detenue namely Sabrin Fathima, D/o.Salam Mohamed, aged 22 years before this Court and set her at liberty.
2. Pursuant to the directions issued by this Court, the respondent police produced the detenue before this Court today. Both the father and mother of the detenue were also present before this Court. The detenue informed her whereabouts to her parents.
3. After deliberate discussion with the petitioner and the detenue, this Court finds that there is no illegal detention and compliance is recorded. (P.V.J.) (M.J.R.J.) 29.01.2026 ksa-2
