ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.22623 of 2025, dated 07.11.2025 on the file of this Court. K.RAJASEKAR, J.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22623 of 2025, dated 07.11.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks, and thereafter as and when required for investigation.
