ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent police not to harass the petitioners and their family members.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that, based on the complaint given by one Devi as against the petitioners, enquiry has been conducted in C.No.72/E7PS/UTM/2025 and the petitioners have also appeared before the respondent police and given an undertaking that the entire disputed amount will be settled within a period of three months and based on the same, the complaint has been closed temporarily and that the respondents did not harass the petitioners and they were called only for enquiry.
