This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para No.8(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.28233 of 2025, dated 16.10.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is working as a Head Master in the Government Higher Secondary School at Tirupattur, hence on account of professional duty, the petitioner is facing difficulty to comply with the aforesaid condition, hence prays to modify the same.

3. Considering the submissions made and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.8(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.28233 of 2025, dated 16.10.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday and Sunday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
