ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation" in the order dated 23.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28781 of 2025. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that as per the order of this Court dated 23.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28781 of 2025 the petitioner has been regularly complied with the conditions for the period of three weeks.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), no further order is necessary in this petition.
