ORDER
The petitioner/accused, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 118(1) and 351(3) of BNS, 2023 altered into 296(b), 118(1), 351(3) and 324(4)(5) of BNS 2023 in Cr.No.216 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 1/3
2. Earlier this Court vide order dated 17.10.2025 in Crl.OP.No.28398 of 2025 dismissed the petitioner's earlier bail petition for the following reasons;
"6. Considering the motive behind the occurrence and the fact that he caused injuries to the defacto complainant and also poured petrol on his head, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner".
3. Considering the fact that there is no change of circumstances after the dismissal of the petitioner's earlier anticipatory bail petition, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 12.12.2025 Vv To
