ORDER

This Contempt Petition arises out of the Order dated 25.08.2025 in W.P.No.30799 of 2025 passed by this Court.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appeared on behalf of Respondent submitted that pursuant to the Order dated 25.08.2025 in W.P.No.30799 of 2025, Petitioner presented the Settlement Deed dated 23.06.2025 before the Respondent, for registration. After considering the Settlement Deed submitted by the Petitioner, the Respondent vide Proceedings dated 06.03.2026 bearing Na.Ka.No.54/2026, refused to register the same and thereby, the Respondent has complied the Order dated 25.08.2025 in W.P.No.30799 of 2025 passed by this Court. The learned Special Government Pleader has produced a copy of the said Proceedings, before this Court.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader for Respondent, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to challenge the Proceedings dated 06.03.2026 issued by the Respondent, in the manner known to law, if at all Petitioner is aggrieved by the same.
