ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of an order which has been passed way back on 02.04.2019.
2. Though no time limit was fixed for compliance of the order, authorities are required to comply with the order of the Court within reasonable period.
3. As to what step has been taken in compliance of the order of the Court is not known. If petitioner files fresh petition, the Court may examine the matter. However, contempt proceedings, at this stage, cannot be initiated alleging disobedience of the order passed way back in 2019.
4. Contempt petition is closed.
