This Contempt Petition is prosecuted for failure of the respondents to comply with the order dated 20.06.2025 in W.P.No.19249 of 2025 passed by the Court.

2. When this Contempt Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents have preferred a Writ Appeal in W.A.No.1125 of 2026, wherein the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court, by order dated 05.06.2026, has granted interim stay of the order dated 20.06.2025 passed in W.P.No.19249 of 2025.

3. In view of the above, no further orders are required in this Contempt Petition and the same stands closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy, subject to the outcome of the writ appeal. No costs.
