2. In view of the said undertaking, the prayers made in all these petitions are accepted and the Sub Applications stand allowed. The presence of the petitioners herein, for the purpose of presenting the application for recalling the Non-Bailable Warrant in the Contempt Petition, is dispensed with. The Non-Bailable Warrant, issued by this Court on 19.11.2025, shall stand recalled. Let the petitioners herein appear before this Court on 07.01.2026.
