This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to take appropriate action on the representation in C.No.213/DPC/ACP/CCB/Slm (C) 2025, dated 01.11.2025.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, submitted that the representation of the petitioner was addressed to the 1st respondent/Commissioner of Police and it was forwarded to the 3rd respondent for enquiry. He further submitted that now, summons have been issued to the counter parties and due enquiry would be conducted based on the reference of the 1st respondent/Commissioner of Police. He further submitted that the enquiry would be completed within a period of four weeks.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is disposed of. 12.12.2025 ksa-2 2/4
