ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.06.2025 seeking deletion of the name of the 4th respondent in Patta No.885, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the 4th respondent has fraudulently obtained a patta, namely Patta No.885 in his favour. The petitioner has filed documents along with her representation dated 16.06.2025 for the purpose of her request for removing the name of the 4th respondent from Patta No.885. Since the representation of the petitioner dated 16.06.2025 has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse order is being passed against the 4th respondent, notice to the 4th respondent is dispensed with.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the 4th respondent and any other party, whom Page No.2 of 4

they deem fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation, dated 16.06.2025, seeking to remove the name of the 4th respondent from patta No.885, after hearing the objections of the 4th respondent and any other party, whom the 3rd respondent deems fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
