O R D E R

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30098 of 2025, dated 05.11.2025, "that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate on all working days at 10.30 am for a period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation of the order dated 05.11.2025."

2.Though the petitioner has come forward to execute the sureties, he has not complied with the condition, and now, the petitioner seeks to relax the conditions on the ground that the petitioner is suffering from dengue fever. Those documents were produced; it seems that the petitioner is having some ailments in the month of November, 2025. I am of the view that the petitioner shall continue the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30098 of 2025, dated 05.11.2025 until further orders.
