ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking modification of the condition imposed by this Court in Para 6(a) of the order dated 09.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.21396 of 2025, that "the petitioners are 1/4

directed to pay a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) to the victim directly within a week and shall produce the said receipt before the Court below".

2. When the matter taken up for hearing today, it is reported by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the defacto complainant refused to receive the money and hence seeks modification of the order dated 09.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.21396 of 2025.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is modified to the effect that " that petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.222 of 2025, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the proof of the same shall be produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirupattur. The learned Magistrate shall deposit the said amount to any of the interest bearing Nationalized Bank, till the disposal of the case.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 12.12.2025 ssi 2/4
