O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to dispose of petitioner's representation dated 13.10.2025 within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. Mr.R.Nikkhilesh Athav, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. The petitioner herein is working as Foreman Grade-I in the respondent Board. He has completed four years Diploma in Electrical and Electronical Engineering (part-time) course on October 2017 after getting prior permission from the respondent board. It is the case of the petitioner that his representation dated 13.10.2025 requesting promotion to the post of Junior Engineer/Electrical II Grade has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the representation dated 13.10.2025 of the petitioner within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.

5. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection to the said order being passed.

In view of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.10.2025 and pass appropriate orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and aggrieved persons if any, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid direction. No Costs.
