ORDER
The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 27.10.2025 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 4(1)(C), 4(1)(B) of TNP (Amendment) Act, in Crime No.467 of 2025, seeks bail.
2. The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner was found in illegal possession of Tasmac liquor, namely 40 bottles of 180 ml, 8 bottles of 60 ml and 6 bottles of 650 ml. Hence, the complaint. 1/3
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is in judicial custody since 27.10.2025. He further submitted that he is ready to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed to grant bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the petitioner has 15 previous cases pending against him. Hence, he opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.
5. Earlier, this Court dismissed the bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.32548 of 2025 dated 27.11.2025 on the ground that the petitioner has 15 previous cases pending against him.
6. Since there is no change in circumstances to revisit the earlier order established before this Court, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
