This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 1st respondent Tahsildar, Tambaram Taluk to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 20.11.2025 in accordance with law and take appropriate action.. 1 / 4

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. It is the contention of the petitioner that though this Court in WP.No.39641 of 2025 vide order dated 06.11.2025 directed the Tahsildar to take appropriate legal action against the person who has produced the forged certificate, however, no action has been taken by the Tahsildar. In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation dated 20.11.2025, still no action has been taken. Hence, seeks for a direction.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submited that since the earlier order did not stipulate the timeframe, action has not been taken, however, they will consider the same and pass order on merits.

5. Such view of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.11.2025 and initiate action as against the person who has allegedly produced the false legal heir certificate and pass appropriate order(s) on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two 2 / 4

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
