Village, Modakkurichi Taluk, Erode District encroachment made by the 11th respondent and further direct the respondents to maintain the

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard.
2. Though the petition has been filed alleging inaction on the part of the respondent authorities in taking action against the encroachment, today when the matter comes up, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now notice has been issued to the encroacher by the Tahsildar.
3. In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to keep this
petition pending. The petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
