Advocate for R1 Mrs.K.Indumathy Venkatesh for R2 and R3 Order This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 23.10.2025 and 10.11.2025 in relation to transfer of allotment of house in Door No.159/4, Srinivasapuram, Pattinapakkam, Chennai-600 028 to the 4th respondent without the concurrence of the petitioner and pass orders in accordance with law within the time limit that may be stipulated by this court.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that his mother was the original allottee of the premises bearing Door No.159/4, Srinivasapuram, Pattinapakkam, Chennai. The 4th respondent is another brother of this petitioner and other son Krishnaraj died leaving behind his wife and son. Their mother died intestate on 25.08.2025. Therefore, now the 4th respondent is trying to get allotment in his name ignoring other class-1 legal heirs. Hence, in this regard, he has given a representations dated 23.10.2025 and 10.11.2025 requesting that no exclusive transfer be effected without considering all legal heirs. But, so far, no action taken. Hence, he seeks a direction. __________Page 2 of 5

3. Heard Mr.S.Kavin, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner,Mr.S.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for 1st respondent and Mrs.K.Indumathy Venkatesh, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3. Perused the materials available on record.

4. In view of limited prayer sought in the Writ Petition, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 23.10.2025 and 10.11.2025 and pass orders after giving opportunity to him including the 4th respondent and other legal heirs strictly in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
