ORDER

This application is filed to implead the fourth respondent as a party to the suit.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the fourth defendant has purchased the share of the third defendant on 17.12.2020.

3. The learned counsel for the third defendant submitted that the third defendant sold the property to the fourth respondent on 17.12.2020.

4. Since the fourth defendant has got interest in the suit property as he has purchased a portion of the suit property from the third defendant, he is a necessary party to the suit. In order to avoid any future technicalities and in the interest of justice, I feel this application can be allowed.

5. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
