ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in crl.op.no.19115 of 2025 dated 04.07.2025, passed by this Court to report before the trial Court on every Tuesday at 10.30. a.m., and on all hearing dates without fail.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation has been completed; final report has been filed and the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19115 of 2025 dated 04.07.2025, is relaxed.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
