This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioners herein in Crl.O.P.No.28171 of 2025, dated 15.10.2025, that the petitioners shall stay at Kancheepuram and report before the Inspector of Police, B2 Vishnu Kanchi Police Station daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly; and that the investigation is yet to be concluded.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioners herein in Crl.O.P.No.28171 of 2025, dated 15.10.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
