(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) In view of the status report filed before us that taking cognizance of the complaint, a survey was conducted and encroachments were found and notices have been issued initiating eviction proceedings, we are not inclined to keep this petition pending, but dispose of the same with a direction that the proceedings initiated by issuance of notices shall be drawn to its logical conclusion one way or the other within the outer limit of four months. There shall be no order as to costs.
