ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction for the refund of sum of Rs.1,47,53,750/-, which was paid towards stamp duty, registration charges and other fees pertaining to pending document no.P/78/2024.

2. Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice for all the respondents. On the basis of instructions, he submits that refund of the sum claimed in the writ petition would be made within eight weeks from today.

3. By recording the said submissions, this writ petition is disposed of without any order as to costs.
