with all consequential benefits including full pay and allowances for the period of suspension.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned order of suspension dated 06.10.2025 by the first respondent and consequently, reinstate the petitioner into service with all consequential benefits including full pay and allowances for the period of suspension.
2. It is the case of the petitioners that the petitioner is a Milk Vendor in the 3rd respondent Society and having rendered service since 2023. The third respondent society secured milk from the village people. However, contrary to the bye-law of the society, the petitioner purchased milk beyond 8 Kms. On the ground, the petitioner was placed under suspension dated 06.10.2025. Till date, the suspension order has not been revoked. Challenging the order of suspension, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that without
interfering with the impugned order, this Court may direct the second respondent to conclude the disciplinary proceedings pending as against the petitioner within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the enquiry will be concluded and appropriate orders will be passed within the time as fixed by this Court.
5. Heard the learned counsels appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to conclude the disciplinary proceedings within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
