This petition is filed to condone the delay of 11 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.S.Nedunchezhiyan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.E.Veda Bagath Singh, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 2. Despite notice having been served upon respondents 3 to 5, none appears before this Court.

The delay is only 11 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 11 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
