ORDER
This application is filed by the applicants to grant extension of time to execute the security bond by the petitioners in O.P.No.1 of 2024 order dated 03.04.2025.
2. According to the petitioners, they filed main petition to grant Letters of Administration and this Court passed an order dated 03.04.2025 and directed the petitioners to execute the security bond within three months. The petitioners are unable to execute the security bond since the first petitioner is residing in Bangalore and the second petitioner is residing in Singapore. Now only the second petitioner came down to Chennai. Hence, there is a delay in executing the security Bond in time. Therefore, filed this application.

3. The other side has no objection.
4. Considering the above said reasons stated in the affidavit, this application stands allowed, by granting one month time to execute the security bond. 17.12.2025 mtl Issue order copy on 17.12.2025 3/4
