The present writ petition has been filed to remove the encroachments

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader, on the basis of the written instructions from Tahsildar, would submit that the encroachments have already been identified and they are in the process of removing the encroachments in accordance with law.

3. In view of the above submission, we deem it appropriate to direct the authority concerned to take necessary action to remove the encroachments as expeditious as possible in accordance with law.
