ORDER
This writ petition has been filed, seeking for issuance of patta in favour of the petitioner for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition based on the petitioner's online application dated 18.08.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner claims that he is the owner of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition and he also claims that he is in possession of the said property. He has submitted an online application with the second respondent on 18.08.2025, seeking for issuance of patta in his name. Since the said online application has not been consider, he has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr. C. Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice for R1 and R3 and Mr. R. Venkatesa Perumal, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of R4.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the official respondents, if the petitioner's online application seeking for issuance of patta, is considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court after hearing the objections of any third party whom the second respondent deems fit to enquire.
5. For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's online application dated 18.08.2025 seeking for issuance of patta in his name for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after hearing the objections of any third party whom the second respondent deems fit to enquire. If the need arises for police assistance and on a request made by the second respondent, the fourth respondent shall render police assistance for the effective implementation of this order.
