ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to issue separate patta in favour of the petitioner and his family members for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on his application, dated 13.11.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner and his family members claim that they are the owners of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. They seek issuance of separate patta in their name for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition and for removal of the names of the third parties. They have submitted an application on 13.11.2025 to the respondents for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered by the respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's online application dated 13.11.2025 is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, after hearing the objections, if any, from any third party, whom they deem fit to enquire.

5. For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's online application, dated 13.11.2025, seeking issuance of separate patta in favour of the petitioner and his family members, for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
