2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.Considering the fact that the order in W.P. No. 33231 of 2024 has been obtained without informing this Court about the pendency of O.S. No. 23 of 2010, on the file of the Additional Subordinate Judge, Krishnagiri in respect of the subject property, and also considering that the learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the order being recalled, the above Recall Petition is ordered as prayed for.

4. In view of the fact that the orders of this Court passed in W.P. No. 33231 of 2024 have been recalled, the Tahsildar shall abide by his earlier communication, as recorded by this Court in order dated 27.01.2026, and shall not proceed with the survey of the subject property until the disposal of W.P.No.3231 of 2024.
