ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the 4th respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, without any substantial material, in view of his representation dated 01.12.2025.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that, based on the complaint made against the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed since it was found that the dispute involved is civil in nature, and that the respondents did not harass the petitioner and he was called only for enquiry.
