The present Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 13.05.2024 within a stipulated time. 2.
It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that since the representation of the petitioner dated 13.05.2024 has not been considered so far by the respondents, the present petition has been filed.

The Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents, produced the Status Report on behalf of respondents 2, 3 and
5. By reiterating the contents of the said Status Report, he submitted that the representation of the petitioner had been duly considered and that on finding that the dispute are civil in nature, no further action was taken and that the petitioner was advised to work out his remedy before the appropriate civil forum.

Having heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and upon perusal of the materials available on record, including the Status Report, and finding that the representation of the petitioner had been duly considered and the same was informed to the petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required in this case. 5/8

At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought the indulgence of this Court to grant him liberty to approach the District Crime Branch seeking appropriate relief. 7.
In view of the above, the Writ Petition (Criminal) stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the District Crime Branch, seeking appropriate relief, in accordance with law. 17.03.2026 ham 6/8
