ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners to modify the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29437 of 2024, dated 1/4

28.10.2025.

2. Earlier this Court had anticipatory granted bail to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.29437 of 2024, dated 28.10.2025, subject to certain conditions. One such condition imposed in paragraph 9 (c) of the order was that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are permanent residents at Chennai and are engaged in business activities there. Though they have complied with the condition by staying at Coimbatore for one week and reporting before the respondent police, their continued stay at Coimbatore is causing severe hardship. Hence, he prayed for modification of the said condition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioners has complied with the conditions for only one week imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 29437 of 2024, dated 28.10.2025.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is of the view that the reason stated by the petitioner is not acceptable. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition deserves to be dismissed.
