This application has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, to extend the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal to complete the proceedings and to pass the final award. 2.

Heard M/s.Rajnish Pathiyil, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Hari Shankar K, learned counsel for respondent. 3.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the pleadings are complete and the Trial is yet to be commenced. 4.

In view of the above, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended for a period of nine months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order to complete the proceedings and to pass final award. 5.
