For Petitioner : Mr.R.Rajaramani For Respondents : Mr.C.Jayaprakash Government Advocate Order This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioner, is owned by him within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner vide legal notice dated 08.10.2025 had requested the respondents seeking for survey and demarcation of the property morefully described in the prayer to this Writ Petition. Since the said request has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

3. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the aforesaid request of the petitioner is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well 2 / 4

as any other party, whom, the second respondent deems fit to enquire. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land owners and also to any other party, whom, the second deems fit to enquire.

b) After receiving objections, if any, and after considering the same, the second respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully descried in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

No Costs.
