O R D E R

The Contempt Petition is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 23.01.2024 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur in C.M.P.No.4013 of 2023.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, submitted that pursuant to the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur dated 23.01.2024, the first respondent-Police conducted a preliminary enquiry on the petitioners' complaint and issued summons to the petitioners, who failed to co-operate with the enquiry. Notwithstanding the same, a report dated 07.03.2024 was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur and communicated on 11.03.2024. Page Nos.2/4

3. In view of the compliance of the order dated 23.01.2024, no case of contempt is made out. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedy in the manner known to law, if they aggrieved by the report filed before the Court below.
