ORDER
The petitioner/accused, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 318(4) of BNS in Cr.No.Not Known of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 1/4
2. When the matter is taken up today for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions stated that CSR.No.305 of 2025 is pending against the petitioner.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner brought to the knowledge of this court, already this petitioner has moved this Court in Crl.OP.No.19394 of 2025 vide order dated 23.09.2025, this Court has passed an order , directed the petition enquiry pending in CSR.No.305 of 2025 is to be concluded within a period of two weeks .
4. However, now also the very same submission that the pendency of CSR made.
5. After instructing the learned Government Advocate to verify the same and now she has reported that CSR.NO.305 of 2025 is closed.
6. Earlier, considering the above submission and also the submissions made by the petitioner herein, I am of the view that the respondents are continuously harassing the petitioner in the name of CSR enquiry. Hence, 2/4
the respondents are directed not to harass the petitioner in the name of CSR enquiry.
7. With the above direction, this criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
