ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the second respondent to correct the entry in the revenue records by removing the name of the fourth respondent for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.05.2025.
2.Admittedly, the aforesaid representation dated 09.05.2025 has not been considered by the second respondent till date. 3.Since no adverse order is passed against the fourth respondent, notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with.
4.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3.
5.No prejudice would be caused to the second respondent if the petitioner's representation dated 09.05.2025, as stated supra, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the fourth respondent or any other third party whom the second respondent deems fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
6.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
7.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 09.05.2025 seeking to correct the entry in the revenue records by removing the name of the fourth respondent, after hearing the objections of the fourth respondent or any other third party whom the second respondent deems fit to enquire within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
