ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.11.2025 for premature release of his father, who is a convict prisoner, namely, Murugesan S/o.Kanniyappan, aged 57 years convict prisoner PID No.71997, Central Prison, Coimbatore, on medical grounds. Considering the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any of the views on the merits of the case, we are inclined to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation. Accordingly, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.11.2025 for premature release of his father, who is the convict prisoner, namely, Murugesan S/o.Kanniyappan, aged 57 years, convict prisoner PID No.71997, Central Prison, Coimbatore, on merits in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
