This Writ Petition (Crl.) has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct an enquiry in connection with Cr.No.21 of 2025 on the file of the 3rd respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.05.2025 and conclude the same within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw this Writ Petition (Crl.) and he has also made endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for petitioner, this Writ Petition (Crl.) stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
