ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.05.2019 for the alleged offences under Section 392 of IPC in C.C.No. 298 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The earlier bail application of the petitioner was dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 06.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.No. 30282 of 2025. on the following grounds: "6. Considering the submissions of the learned Counsel on either side, that the petitioner is having eight previous cases, if the petitioner granted bail, he will indulge in similar activities, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage".

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is in judicial custody for more than seven months and he prays bail to the petitioner. 4.However, this Court dismissed the bail application of the petitioner on the ground that he is having bad antecedent and considering the fact that there is no change in circumstances in this petition, and this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
