ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.395 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.29232 of 2024 dated 20.01.2025, that "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.395 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.29232 of 2024 dated 20.01.2025, is relaxed and that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
