ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in the order dated 18.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.31443 of 2025 "thus the petitioner should appear and sign before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., for the period of 3 weeks" on the file of the respondent police. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has only 11 days complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and thereafter not complied with.
3. Considering the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.31443 of 2025 dated 18.11.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police twice in a week i.e., on every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks, and thereafter as and when required for investigation.
