The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 27.10.2025 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 331(3) and 305(a) of BNS 2023, in Crime No. 531 of 2025 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail. 2.There is no representation for the petitioner. 3.However, Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate, [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner was already arrested and released on bail. 4.Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, (Criminal Side), no further order is required in this petition, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
