In survey No. 266/1,0.86.50 Hectares in Survey No.266/2, 0.38.00 Hectares in Survey No.266/3A and 0.32.50 Hectares in Survey No.266/3B situated in Chikkadornabettam village, Palacode Taluk, Dharmapuri District and demarcate the boundaries by availing the assistance of the 2nd Respondent in the event of any obstruction from the Respondents 4 and 5, and erect barbed fencing at the cost of the petitioner, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by him, based on his online application dated 03.07.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner had submitted an online application on 03.07.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondent No.1. Mr.Venkatatesa Perumal, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 2 and 3. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 4 to 6, notice to the
respondents 4 to 6 are dispensed with by this Court. 4.No prejudice will be caused to the respondent No.1 if the said authority is directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections if any from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party as they deem fit. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the respondent No.1 is directed to issue notice to the respondent Nos.4 to 6 as well as the neighbouring land owners if any and also to any other party, whom they deem fit to put on notice. (b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the respondent No.
1 shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property, morefully descried in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. (c) If the need arises for police assistance and on a request made by the respondent No.1, the respondent No.2 shall render police assistance for the effective implementation of this order.
