The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the XVIII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai to dispose of the O.S.No.9252 of 2019 within stipulated period.

2. The respondent herein filed a suit for specific performance against the petitioner. Pleadings of the parties are already completed. The trial in the suit already commenced and PW.1 was examined.

3. It is seen from the adjudication papers filed in the typed set of papers that the matter was posted for cross examination of PW.1 as early as 11.12.2025. Taking into consideration, the trial in the suit already commenced and it is in the stage of cross examination, this Court is inclined to direct the trial Court, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.9252 of 2019, as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
