Prayer Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 3 and 4 to measure the petitioner's property and fix the boundary by considering her online application dated 04.08.2025 and representation dated 13.10.2025 within stipulated time as fixed by this Court. Order This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 3 and 4 to measure the petitioner's property and fix the boundary, which according to the petitioner, is owned by her by considering her online application dated 04.08.2025 and her representation dated 13.10.2025 within stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner had submitted her representation dated 13.10.2025 to the respondents for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents produced the proceedings issued by the respondent-Tahsildar dated 11.12.2025 before this Court and would submit that the representation made by the petitioner has already been considered, pursuant to which, the respondent-Tahsildar has fixed the date for survey of the petitioner's property on 17.12.2025.

4. The said submission is recorded. In view of the same, no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
