Considering the limited prayer that is made, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage. The petitioner has made a representation dated 12.11.2025. The grievance of the petitioner is that his Provident fund Contributions lie under two different accounts, namely the old account and the current active account and therefore, he is praying that necessary instructions be given to the concerned official for early resolution of the issue by way of consolidating the amounts and crediting all the amounts to the current active account.
2. In view thereof, the respondent, namely the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Chennai, is directed to consider the representation in accordance with law and pass orders thereon as expeditiously as possible, in any event not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order, without waiting for the certified copy of the order.
3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
