ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Para No.10(iii) of the order passed in Crl.A.No.1588 of 2024, dated 20.12.2024 that the appellant shall appear before the respondent Police, once in a week until further orders.

2.Heard both sides. Notice served on R4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 states that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3.In view of the same, the condition imposed in Para No.10(iii) of the order passed in Crl.A.No.1588 of 2024, dated 20.12.2024, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Trial Court once in two months until further orders.
